"I Cool"

Graeme loved the party favors from Cooper Hamner's first birthday party and now insists on wearing his shades come rain or shine. He has also learned that a red light means "STOP" and a green light means "GO" and has become the ultimate backseat driver! Chase has taught him to say "I cool" and now we hear it quite frequently.
