A Day at the Beach

A Day at the Beach
Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Philipians 4:8

Christmas Lunch...

Christmas lunch was bittersweet this year because Chase's parents, Bre and Bud, were sick and didn't feel like making the trip to our house. Bre was here last week helping Chase with Graeme while I was in New York. She caught whatever Graeme had and it hit her hard. We are hoping that she feels better soon and makes a full recovery without Bud catching it!

The show must go on though... and my family made it off the mountain and to our house on the snow covered roads. They came bearing gifts and we all received fabulous presents and had a wonderful time watching Graeme run from room to room and from toy to toy! We invited our neighbors and great friends, the Emeterios, over to celebrate with us in Bre and Bud's place. They just had their third child and didn't make the trip home to Arkansas to be with their family. A great time was had by all and we are already looking forward to next year when Graeme will understand who Santa is-in the mean time- we're hoping that he'll be a very good boy all year so Santa won't pass him by...
