A Day at the Beach

A Day at the Beach
Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Philipians 4:8

Ouchie!!

Notice the bandage on Graeme's hand...its the saddest thing. Graeme, being the curious little guy that he is, decided to pull my straightening iron off the counter and hold it in his left hand. It hurt! A huge blister appeared so I called the doctor. Dr. Ellis performed "surgery" (Graeme's first) and removed all the skin that blistered. Chase thought I was crazy for taking him to the doctor and swore that Dr. Ellis wouldn't do anything about the blister, but he was WRONG! It seems that there is less chance of infection if the dead skin is removed. Graeme was a tough little guy and was most mad about being held down while Dr. Ellis did his thing...after we removed the bandage the next morning he cried for a minute and the "bobo" hasn't bothered him since!
