23 Months Old...

I can't believe we are one month away from celebrating Graeme's 2nd birthday! He has grown and changed so much over the past year and always keeps us on our toes and a smile on our face...

At 23 months Graeme has started putting mutiple words together. A few of my favorites and the ones I hear the most are:
"Where did dada goes?"
"Suns in my eyes"
"Go ride in the big big truck?"
"Go see big big ghost?" (a blow up pumpkin with a ghost in it in our neighborhood)
"Where Mimi?" "Go see Poppa?" "Where Boo?"
"See Bre and Bud?"
"Where moon and stars?" (He's obsessed with them)
"No no Charee!" (Charlie)











Also at 23 months Graeme is enjoying his Early Childhood Music class and has learned the "hokey pokey" loves to play "ring around the roses" sings "twinkle twinkle little star" (sorta of, we know what he's saying) and is counting, usually starting with "free" (3) or five and six, loves to sing his ABC's (again, we know what he's saying, you may not) and loves any kind of music that he hears.

He's over his "mow mows" and now prefers to carry around the turtle that Bre bought him that projects his very own "moon and stars" on the ceiling everynight. He is a horrible eater and survives on milk, orange juice, oatmeal, yogurt, cheerios, and the occasional "smoothie" that is actally a fruit/vegtable blend. Give the boy a steak and he'll demolish it as well as chicken and french fries.

He knows all of his shapes and colors and can name most animals and tell you what they say. He usually gives two responses to any question you may ask: "no no" or "peeze" (please) and it melts my heart everytime he says it!

All in all this child brings unimaginable joy to our life everyday and is truly a gift from God. I treasure the time I have at home with him while he is so little and love every kiss and hug that he gives, every smile that he shares, and all the happiness that he brings to everyone he meets!
