Hey Day!!

After alot of prayer and discussion among the the two of us, we have decided to leave First Baptist and join Southwood. It is an awesome environment for children and we enjoy it as well, and the church seems to fit with what we want for our children...So, we took Graeme to the Southwood Hey Day and needless to say, HE HAD A BLAST!!

Here is our little clown gearing up for the big event with his daddy...hard to beleive that his dad wore this same costume 30 years ago on Halloween. Chase's grandmother made it and it is VERY special to us all...


Graeme couldn't decide what to do first...

...so we headed to the bouncy ball pit where fun was had by all...except for maybe the little boy in the red sweatshirt that G kept tackling...


After the ball pit our little clown decided to put on a show for us and did some wonderful dancing in the middle of the festival...we weren't the only ones that this little clown made smile...


Next it was on to the "BIG BIG SLIDE" where Graeme managed to scare his mommy to death. The child is fearless and did alot of flips and flops on the way down this super huge slide blowup...



The pictures don't do it justice. I fully expected a trip to the ER!

We had to bribe the clown to leave the slide by promising him some candy so we went over to the "trunk-or-treat" area to fill our pumpkin...the first thing G got was a sucker and he didn't turn it loose the whole time...



After filling our pumpkin with treats we loaded up our little treat and took him home...he was so tired that he needed a ride on his daddy's shoulders to make it to the truck...


We had the best time watching our little boy have so much fun and look so cute in his daddy's clown suit. We are constantly reminded what a blessinf this child is and are amazed at the joy he brings to our life...what did we do before him???
