A Day at the Beach

A Day at the Beach
Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise. Philipians 4:8

The Beach...

My dear (and brave) friend Ann Ever Ainsworth invited our family to her bay house for a long weekend. We packed up and went down on Wednesday and spent a wonderful day on the boat before the guys packed up and went turkey hunting. Graeme spent some time with Bre and Bud at the beach and AE, Calder, and I had a girls weekend and it was great! We shopped, we ate, we rested, and we ventured down to the beach one day to see how Calder would like it. To say she HATED it would be to put it mildly...she was miserable. My baby girl is all girl and hates to be dirty so the sand was a nightmare to her. We ended up hanging out at the pool with Jilly and sweet baby Elsie who is 10 days older than C. Elsie is the sweetest and most laid back baby I have ever met unlike Miss Calder. They had a blast in the baby pool and the day turned out great!!
